*Annual report concerts of the studio are created for the purpose of PR and advertising the studio. I worked as a stage director in conjunction with Valeria as an organizer, with choreographer Tonya Rudenko and her ballet, and with the studio's students.
Watching the growth of the coach Aliye Osmanova, whom
I worked with,
the founder of the school of pole dancing and fitness - Valeria Kostenko decided to contact me. She had a similar problem, but on a larger scale.
Valeria runs a whole studio where her coaches teach different sports branches from Pole Dance and Twerk, to fitness and yoga.
She works with experienced and cool trainers, but the studio's YouTube channel and website were filled with low-quality content,
which was affecting
the number of clients
and the school's reputation.
After researching competitors, target audience, and studio clients,
I thought through a 1-year promotion strategy using videos on the YouTube channel and Instagram
Everything went according to plan:
First, we defined the mission and the studio's most important principles and ideology.
Then we gave life to the logo (we animated it for the screensavers).
After agreeing on a strategy with Valerie, I started shooting, editing and posting video content to my YouTube channel on a regular basis.
Adjusting the shooting schedule to fit the schedule, I called the coaches, communicated and coordinated the shooting. Sometimes we would all write the text for the video tutorials together, adapting the information to the strategy and content plan.

and worked on the text for these posts. I found advantageous conditions for promotion with the help of advertising.
The content plan should include different types of content:
  • entertainment;
  • educational / expertise;
  • which is engaging;
  • personal / live content;
  • which is selling.
The hardest part was the individual work with each of the trainers.
Sometimes the coaches or clients were shy with me and the camera.
I am a very soft and accommodating person, so I worked very delicately and found a connection with each person.
As director , I was able to find the right words to open up and loosen up the teachers or shy clients.
As a result, I began to be called the girl-friend of the studio, which "always does the job beautifully".

I worked with Anya in several areas,
and the most ambitious project was Pole Dance Show ‘Alice in Wonderland’. In work, she is a very self-motivated and self-confident employee who is ready to take responsibility for creating a quality product. As a director, Anya always notices everything to the finest detail and creates a single picture in her head.

I didn't know that there could be such a wonderful combination of director, cinematographer and organizer in one person, especially when it is done with good quality.
Anya always prepares everything herself in advance, thinks over the locations of the image and how it should look on the screen.
It is always a great pleasure to cooperate with her in terms of responsibility for all issues.
She knows how to negotiate with all team members for the sake of common result and goes all in for 200% for the project in the process of its creation.
At the end of the year, it's time for the year-end concert.
Each December, the studio coaches and students showed off their skills in the form of individual performances.
When I noticed that there was something more in these concerts, I suggested connecting the performances, linking them by a storyline and making the whole story based on our favorite childhood fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland".
